At Unboxd, we believe that true inclusion goes beyond policies and checklists. It’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. The name Unboxd reflects our philosophy of challenging limitations and barriers to inclusion in a compassionate and non-confrontational way. We encourage individuals and organisations alike to unpack their thoughts, question assumptions, and think outside the box when it comes to equality, diversity and inclusion.
